Selected Projects
Ongoing Projects
PortBell
Low-power ESP32 desktop vessel tracker with scheduled updates, local status storage, and port approach alerts.
Completed Projects
Fleet Tracking System for Çankaya University
Developed a live tracking system for the university's bus fleet. The device allows real-time location monitoring for students and staff, while an integrated RFID validator ensures that only registered members can access the transportation network.
Handheld RFID Card Reader for Çankaya University
Developed a Wi-Fi-enabled handheld RFID validator terminal for security guards at the university's main gate. The device periodically syncs a local database for offline verification, logs scanned IDs locally, and batches reports back to the university servers.
XIAO ESP32S3 Sense Retro Camera
A compact retro-styled digital camera built on the Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32S3 Sense. Captures HD photos and MJPEG video with audio, featuring a live TFT viewfinder, an encoder-driven UI with an on-device gallery, Timelapse, and a Wi-Fi file manager. Built with a modular FreeRTOS architecture.
Helma AI - AI-Powered Elderly Care
Developing a multimodal AI-powered mobile application for elderly care implementing emotion recognition using video, audio, and text inputs.
ESP32 e-Paper Weather Station
A low-power weather station built with an ESP32 and a Waveshare 1.54" tri-color e-Paper display. Fetches real-time weather data while heavily utilizing deep sleep optimization and silent fail mechanisms to maximize battery longevity.
Academic Projects
TinyVoice - Keyword Spotting System
Developed an edge AI-based keyword spotting system optimized for microcontrollers by training a DS-CNN model on Google Speech Commands dataset for ESP32 deployment.
Push Or Perish
Developed a reflex-based game on the MSP430G2553 using a 7-segment display, two buttons, and two LEDs. Implemented countdown and winner logic in an embedded environment. Written in Assembly.
Realistic Horror Game
A 3-minute interactive horror game demo featuring multiple endings based on user choices. Developed using Unreal Engine and C++, effectively demonstrating core Object-Oriented Programming principles.
